All Runners must be 21+ and must bring their ID with them on race day.
*Runners must keep a pace of 15 minute miles or less. Course closes 50 minutes after the start of the race (at 11:50). Participants should not register if planning to walk the course. Due to course restrictions, it is a running race, not a walking event.
We have 4 different registration categories. You can register as an individual runner, an all-male team, an all-female team, or a co-ed team. Each team must consist of 4 or more runners. Co-ed teams must consist of at least 2 males and 2 females to win or place in the co-ed category, but can consist of any combination if you just want to run!
To register as a team, select a team leader to register and create a Team Name and password. Then, the rest of the team will use that login information to join the team. Prizes will be awarded for the Largest Team, Best Team Costume and the Team that Raises the Most Funds for the Friends of Norris Cotton Cancer Center!

Friends of Harpoon: Harpoon will buy you one additional beer ticket. We will verify that you are a member of the Friend of Harpoon Program, and if correct, you’ll get an extra beer ticket in your packet on race day.
